Confirming a booking: If the unit or house you want to book is available we'll ask you for credit card details. 30% of the total amount will be deducted immediately which is non-refundable if you don't arrive or cancel.
For the main house only the balance will need to be paid in full one month before arrival. We request this as it gives us a chance to fill the booking in the event of guests not showing up.

Arrival Time: Normally anytime after 1pm. On occasions we can let you in very early but you'd have to inquire. We'll help if we can.

Departure Time: Normally by 10am. If there is no one else arriving then the guests are welcome to stay most of the day and continue to use the car at no charge. Best thing to do is inquire on arrival.
If any booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival the full amount minus the deposit will be debited from your card.
This will be waived if we can fill your booking.

Cleaning: This is mainly for the house.
We require that the house is left as clean and tidy as when guests arrive. A vacuum cleaner and all the necessary equipment to clean is supplied. If this is not done a cleaning fee will be charged and this could amount to $350 if the carpet needs servicing.
